Stornobedingungen (ÖHVB)
Terms & Conditions
im Fall des Rücktritts durch den Vertragspartner(=Gast)gelten folgende Vereinbarungen(abweichend der Punkte 5.5 und 5.6 der AGBH2006):
- bis 2 Monate vor dem Ankunftstag keine Stornogebühren.
- Danach ist ein Rücktritt durch einseitige Erklärung des Vertragspartners nur unter Entrichtung folgender Stornogebühren möglich:
- bis 1 Monat vor dem Ankunftstag 50% vom gesamten Arrangementpreis;
- bis 1 Woche vor dem Ankunftstag 70% vom gesamten Arrangementpreis;
- in der letzten Woche vor dem Ankunftstag 90% vom gesamten Arrangementpreis.
- Storniert der Gast ( innerhalb 2 Monaten vor Anreise) , ist der Beherberger berechtigt, die Anzahlung einzubehalten und der Gast ist verpflichtet,
die restliche Stornogebühr lt. obiger Aufstellung zu bezahlen.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE HOTEL INDUSTRY
in case of withdrawal by the contractual partner(=guest), the following agreements shall apply (deviating from points 5.5 and 5.6 of AGBH2006):
- no cancellation fee until 2 months before the day of arrival.
- thereafter, a withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contractual partner is only possible under payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 50% of the total package price;
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70% of the total package price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total package price;
- if the guest cancels (within two months before arrival),
the hotelier is entitled to retain the deposit and the guest is obliged, to pay the remaining cancellation fee according to the above list.
